To Edit your main page
Login
Click pages on the left menu
Then click on the page name to edit.
write what you want and insert your photos and links ***** TIP to get single linespacing just hold down shift when you press your return key*****
click update at the bottom right (you may have to scroll down the page. 
To Edit other pages within your site.
Login.
Click posts on the left menu
Click either on the name of the post you want to edit or click new for a new post.
write what you want and insert your photos and links
Check what options you want i.e. private page or allow comments.
Pick the catagory you want it to appear in (catagories are the titles you navigate via) or add a new catagory **** TIP if you dont add it to a catagory it will just end up in "This Post needs a home" you can come back and select the correct catagory later **********
Click update at the bottom of the page. check it looks like you wanted it.
To upload a photo
Make sure the photo is as small as you can get it. use infranview and make the size no bigger than 800×600 click image then click resize/resample.
then when it is the right size click file and "save for web" remember where you saved it!!!
go to your website and login
now you have 2 choices. Number 1 is prefered.
1 Go to the post you are editing, click on the page where you want the image to go. Click the icon that is a square just to the right of upload/insert (above the main toolbar) 
select your file. and and click open. Your file will be sent and you can select the options of how you want it dispayed. then click "insert into post"
2 Go to media on the left menu. click add new. select your file. and and click ok. your file will be sent and you can select the options of how you want it dispayed. then when you are in your post editing put the cusrsor where you want the image to appear. click the icon that is a square just to the right of upload/insert (above the main toolbar) and click libary on the tabs along the top. select the image you want and click insert into post.
To link your photo to another website. once the photo is on the page. click the photo and then click the link button 
in the URL section put your www address ie www.bbc.co.uk click ok and it is linked.
